Refund policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy only. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the product condition.

Important Guidelines:

  • The unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish without cuts or edits
  • The issue must be clearly visible in the video
  • Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

We reserve the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on the verification of the unboxing video.
