  • Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 8–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders
  • A nominal charge may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders and locations
  • Rivaya Jewellery reserves the right to restrict COD on certain orders
  • Customers must be available to accept the delivery; repeated failed attempts may lead to order cancellation or COD restrictions

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • You can track your order status in real time

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the mentioned timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes or unforeseen logistics issues

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Re-shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to failed delivery

Damaged / Missing Items

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any request
